About FX Collective
FX Collective is a private strength training environment designed exclusively for women — intentionally created, thoughtfully curated, and grounded in science.
Founded by Hannah Gilmore, PharmD, FX Collective was built to redefine how women approach strength training. Rather than chasing trends or volume-based workouts, our methodology centers on precision, structure, and evidence-based programming.
The facility was developed in collaboration with her colleague and suite partner, Britney Clugston, reflecting a shared commitment to professional excellence and intelligent strength methodology.
This is not a gym built around trends or grind culture.
It is a strength space built around physiology.
At FX Collective, we apply the principles of progressive overload, muscular adaptation, and recovery science to produce measurable, lasting results. We believe transformation does not require endless effort — it requires the right stimulus, applied consistently, in the right environment.
Our focus is on outcomes that matter for women’s long-term health:
• Strength
• Bone density
• Mobility
• Longevity
• Goal-driven results
FX Collective was designed to provide a focused, supportive environment where women can train with confidence and intention.
Membership is intentionally limited to preserve the quality of the training experience.
Thoughtfully curated. Purposefully designed.
Built for women who expect expertise, privacy, and lasting results.
